Beef Macaroni Bake

This is one of those recipes that I wanted to try because I had all of the ingredients and it sounded easy. I made it thinking "I hope my family will eat this...if not, oh well, not a big loss". Well, I made it and my family LOVED it. I was so surprised...they kept asking for seconds, then thirds, and even fourths. Needless to say, it was a HUGE hit!

Beef Macaroni Bake
(adapted from Worldwide Ward Cookbook, pg 73)
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked and drained (doesn't need to be exact)
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Cook beef and onion, drain any fat. Mix beef, macaroni, soup, and corn. Place in a 9x13 pan and cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 until casserole is bubbly and cheese is nice and brown.

Enjoy...Travis sure did:
