These are a family favorite, just 4 ingredients, and very easy to put together. If you need a crowd pleaser for Superbowl Weekend these would be great...just omit the gravy and they can be a finger food/appetizer.
Chicken Pillows
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 box of softened cream cheese (4 oz)
- 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup - divided
Mix chicken, cream cheese, and 1/2 of the cream of chicken soup. Place about 1 Tbsp of the mixture on each roll and roll up. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Dilute the other half of the cream of chicken soup with milk for gravy to put over the chicken pillows.

I do something like the pillows, but I add celery and sometimes a few peas in it, adds a veggie I know my kids will eat and not know it:)
